1966 John Audubon Birds America Set 7 Photographs for NY Historical Society Book
I don’t think there are many of these photos in existence, and it’s possible these are the best 7 pictures of all the plates photographed because they are also the most popular birds. All of the data written on back is handwritten in pencil and i can’t find any examples of these photos on the internet.

Lange worked with the master printer Irwin Welcher to print the photographs for her retrospective at the Museum of Modern Art in 1966. She died before the exhibition but she hand-picked the photographs for inclusion in the exhibition.
